Miguel Diaz, 70, of Hobe Sound, Florida, passed away peacefully on March 13, 2019 at his home.

Born in Cidra, Puerto Rico, he had been a resident of Hobe Sound for 50 years, coming from Puerto Rico.

Prior to retiring he had been a landscaper.

Survivors include his wife of 37 years, Aslane Diaz of Hobe Sound; his children, Mingi Diaz Vargas and her husband Francisco and Jolene Burton and her husband Chris all of Okeechobee, Florida, Yolanda Diaz of Port St. Lucie, Florida, Carmen Diaz of Fort Pierce, Florida, Jennifer Diaz of Tampa, Florida, Michelle Jacobs and her husband Justin of Stuart, Florida, Stuart Rumrill of Colorado, Miguel Diaz, Jr. and his daughter Kylee, son Juan Diaz of hobe sound Florida, and Emilio Diaz and his wife Shelbyof Hobe Sound; his grandchildren; Emery, Jathen, Exevian, Krysta, Caleb, Leilani, Joshua, Francine, Malcom, Enrique, Alexis, Thalia, Estreyah, Sole, Akalaia, Williedavid, Dominique, Jordan Izayah, Jenniyah, Logan and Cameron; and his siblings, Juan Cruz, Isabel Lopez, Gloria Lopez Diaz, Evelyn Lopez, Ramona Lopez, Jesus Lopez, Angel Lopez, Emilio Lopez, all of Puerto Rico and Raphael Lopez of Hobe Sound.  He was preceded in death by his daughter Evelyn Diaz in 2005 and his grandchild Jordan Diaz.

Arrangements are under the direction of the Treasure Coast Seawinds Funeral Home, Stuart.
