Muriel R. Jones, 88, of Jensen Beach, FL passed away on Saturday, June 23, 2012 at her home.
Mrs. Jones was born in New York, and had been a resident of Jensen Beach, FL for thirty years, coming from Great River, NY. She was an active member of St. Martin de Porres Catholic Church in Jensen Beach, and she volunteered at Martin Memorial Medical Center for five years.
She is survived by her husband of sixty-three years, William C. Jones of Jensen Beach, FL; three daughters, Jill Jones Stewart of East Patchogue, NY; Kerry Jones of Chicago, IL and Gina Jones of East Islip, NY; three sons, William C. Jones, Jr. of East Patchogue, NY; Jack Jones and Michael Jones both of Chicago, IL; five grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
Services: Memorial Mass will be held at St. Mary's Catholic Church in East Islip, NY at a later date.
Memorial contributions may be made to: St. Jude Children's Research Hospital; 501 St Jude Place Memphis, TN 38105
