Neil Alan Palmer, 73, of Palm City, Florida, passed away on May 13, 2023 at the Cleveland Clinic Martin Hospital North, Stuart, Florida.

Neil was born in Indianapolis, Indiana and received his bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering from Valparaiso University in Valparaiso, Indiana.

He had started Palmer Industrial Corporation in Stuart, Florida.

Survivors include his wife of 47 years, Rita Palmer of Palm City; his son Scott Palmer of Port St. Lucie, FL; his stepsons, Shane Bowan of Plymouth, IN and Todd Bowman of Birmingham, AL; 2 grandchildren, Conner and Morgan Bowman; his brother, Mark Palmer of Palm City and his sister, Marsha Dolan of Cape Coral, FL.
