Berry
April 14, 1937 – September 10, 2023
Norma Marie Berry (age 86) peacefully passed away at Treasure Coast Hospice after a long battle with Parkinson's Disease on September 10, 2023.
Born: April 14, 1937, in Pleasureville, KY
Brought up on a farm in rural Kentucky, Norma was the eldest of 6 siblings. She was loved by all who knew her. Her beauty was surpassed by her kindness and grace. In 1954 she was awarded 2nd place Miss Kentucky in the state beauty contest.
Married in 1962 to Stewart Edward Berry in Louisville, KY, they moved to Florida in 1965.
Norma was a Law Practice Manager and Bookkeeper in Martin County for many years. She was very detail oriented and loved to plan dinner parties. She was kind, compassionate and full of adventure.
Norma and her husband shared a love of jazz music, dancing, books and travel. She and Stewart traveled to Italy, Greece, France, Egypt, Turkey, Canada and Mexico, and enjoyed taking cruises throughout the Caribbean.
Besides being a career woman and world traveler, Norma was very devoted to her family. She was a loving wife, sister, mother and grandmother. She leaves behind five (5) siblings Wilbert Clark, Gayle Clark (deceased), Jerry Clark, Phillip Clark, and Marietta Mathena. Her three (3) daughters, Connie Bouse, Billie Goldsberry and Tia Stilwell. Two stepsons Richard Berry and Daniel Sills (deceased). Eight (8) grandchildren Jessica Griffin, Michael Bouse, Joel Bouse, Kaitlyn Bouse, Robert Rosario, Tiffany Goldsberry, Zachary Stilwell, and Kelsey Stilwell. Three (3) step-grandchildren Dan Sills Jr., Heath Sills, Callie Sills-Ogburn and twenty-one (21) great-grandchildren. She was predeceased by her husband, Stewart Edward Berry on December 9, 2009.
Words cannot express how much she will be missed, but we know that Norma is "Dancing with the angels, walking in new life" in Heaven.
