Patricia L. "Pat" Sebastian, 68 of Hobe Sound, Florida, passed away on Saturday, August 31, 2019 at the Cleveland Clinic Martin Health System North in Stuart, Florida.

Born in Madison, Indiana, she was a longtime resident of Hobe Sound.

Pat was preceded in death by her sister, Doris Smith and her former husband, James Sebastian.

A loving mother and nana, she is survived by her children Shawn Sebastian and his wife, Melanie of Hobe Sound, Jennifer Friday and her husband, Jon of  Knoxville, Tennessee, and Timothy Sebastian of Hobe Sound; her brother, Robert Burt and his wife, Bev of Louisville, Kentucky; her sister, Dorothy Walker of Pensacola, Florida; four grandchildren, Savannah, Madeleine, Emelia, and Cutter; and her fiance, Steve McBroom of Hobe Sound.

A Memorial Service will be held on Saturday, September 14, 2019 at 10:00 am in the Sanctuary of the Hobe Sound Bible Church, 11295 SE Gomez Avenue, Hobe Sound, Florida 33455.
