Patricia Irene Stumbaugh, 72, of Port St. Lucie earned her wings on November 5, 2017. She passed peacefully at home surrounded by family. She was born in Lakehurst, NJ and lived in New York, Virginia and, most recently, as a Port St. Lucie resident for 15 Years, having relocated from Ft. Myers, FL. She served her community as an LPN specializing in Gerontology before retirement.

A loving wife of 31 years to Leo Stumbaugh, Jr., mother of three sons--Bill Laakkonen (Amy), Michael Laakkonen (Connie) and Robert Laakkonen (Mary)-- and Grandmother of seven, she lived her life with love, care and an "if you don't like the apples, don't shake the tree" attitude.

A celebration of her life will be held at her home on November 18th.
