Patricia Tyndall of Palm City, FL, 98, passed away on Jan. 6, 2024, in Stuart, FL.  Pat was born in 1925 to John Reid and Helene Northrup Reid in New Rochelle, NY. Following graduation from Lenox Hill Hospital Nursing School in NYC she married Robert Tyndall, Sr, in 1948. The couple moved to Rutland, VT, in 1950, where Bob began his career.  While raising their 4 children, Robert Tyndall, Jr., of Norristown, PA; Kathleen Roberts of Hobe Sound, FL; Janis Maderik of Ocean View, DE; and Virginia Lee Jordan of Poultney, VT,  Pat was a Cub Scout den mother, a brownie leader, served as a volunteer in the orthopedic  clinic with Rutland Regional Medical Center, and a  member  of Home Demonstration Club. Bob and Pat were long-time members of Trinity Episcopal Church in Rutland. Pat loved animals, especially her dogs.

The couple retired to Hobe Sound, FL, where they continued an active lifestyle in a Bible Study, volunteering, and traveling, while raising their yellow Lab, Prada.

Pat and Bob are survived by their 4 children, 8 grandchildren, and 14 great-grandchildren. She was pre-deceased by 2 of her grandchildren. They had an abiding faith in the grace of their Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.

A joint memorial service for Pat and Bob will be held in VT later this summer.

Arrangements are under the direction of the Treasure Coast Seawinds Funeral Home, Stuart, FL.
