Patrick J. Ferland of Palm City, Florida, transitioned from this life on December 02, 2018 at the age of 64.

He is survived by his wife of 32 years, Cynthia, daughter Michelle  (Mark)Thomas, granddaughter Clara Thomas, son Alan Ferland, brothers Ted  (Cris) Ferland and Dan  Ferland and his mother, Emilie Ferland. He is also survived by a horde of Ferland and Northrup cousins, nephews, nieces, aunts and uncles spread throughout the country.

Pat enjoyed a long and varied career as a civil engineer and was well known and respected in his industry. A big man with a big smile and a big laugh, he made friends wherever he went and whether he knew you for 15 minutes or 50 years, it felt like you had been friends forever.

The world is a little less joyful with his passing.

A Memorial Service will be held on Friday, December 14, 2018 at 2:30 pm in the Chapel of Treasure Coast Seawinds Funeral Home and Crematory, 950 SE Monterey Road, Stuart, Floirda 34994, where a Reception for family and friends will follow on the Funeral Home Veranda.
