Obituary for Patrick Francis Morley
June 10, 1939 – November 26, 2025
Patrick Francis Morley, born in Philadelphia on June 10th, 1939, passed away peacefully on November 26th, 2025, leaving behind a legacy of love, generosity, and faith.
He is survived by his wife Nancy (Anne). They were married on May 7th, 1966, beginning a lifelong journey over the next 59 years filled with family, loyalty, and stories worth retelling.
Patrick is survived by his children: Patrick (Pam) of Chanhassen, MN; Michael (Bonnie) of Houghton, MI; and Megan Koester (Tim) of Bettendorf, IA. He leaves behind his sister, Carol Rachkis of Wildwood, NJ; and seven grandchildren he adored—Grace, John, Abby, Chloe, Timothy, Brayden, and Katie.
He is preceded in death by his parents, John and Agnes Morley, of Philadelphia and his brother John (Jack).
He was the first in his family to graduate from college, proudly earning a degree in finance from Temple University, an accomplishment that opened the door to a long and successful career working at companies including General Electric, Westinghouse, Commercial Credit, Control Data and McCullagh Fleet Leasing. His career took the family to several states over the years including Maryland, Ohio, Minnesota, Michigan, Georgia, and Tennessee. Patrick and Nancy eventually retired to Stuart, FL, where he enjoyed boating, fishing, golf, and hosting friends and family.
His Catholic faith guided him throughout his life and shaped the values he instilled in his children, grandchildren, and all who knew him.
He will be deeply missed and fondly remembered, every single day.
