Patsy L. Bemis, 81, of Port St. Lucie, Florida, passed away on April 3, 2020 at Palm City Nursing and Rehabilitation Center, Palm City, Florida.

Born in Birch Run Michigan, she had been a resident of the Treasure Coast, both Port St. Lucie and Nettles Island, Jensen Beach for 22 years coming from Michigan.  She was very active in many activities while living on Nettles Island.

Prior to retiring she was a bookkeeper for the Durand Area School System, in Durand, MI for 12 years.

Survivors include her husband, Robert Bemis; her children, Deborah Canute and her husband, Cameron, Suzanne Hneusa and her husband, Mark, Kathleen Strauss and her husband, Jim, Patricia Robideau and her husband, Jim and Robert Bemis; her sister Evelyn Parks and her husband Howard; 9 grandchildren and 15 great grandchildren.
