It is with tremendous sadness that the family of Paul Rodney Thompson a resident of Monarch Country Club of Palm City, Florida announce his passing. Rod, as he was known to family and friends, passed away after a battle with cancer on August 12, 2016 at the Treasure Coast Hospice in Stuart, Florida, surrounded by his family. Rod leaves behind his wife of 51 years, Phyllis Elaine (nee Geesey), two sons, James and his wife Anjali, David and his wife Andrea, and five grandchildren, Jackson, Madeline, Luke, Maya, and Anna, all of Sterling, Virginia.
