Peggy Doris Herbert's Obituary
Peggy Doris Herbert, 91, of Greenacres, Florida, passed away on Sunday, February 7, 2016 at the Terrace of Hobe Sound in Hobe Sound, Florida.
Born in Culpeper, Virginia, she had been a resident of Florida for four years, coming from Vienna, Virginia.
Prior to her retirement, Peggy was an Accountant working to for the Fairfax Hospital in Falls Church, Virginia. She was a member of the Daughters of the American Revolution.
She was preceded in death by her two husbands, Harry Clark Herbert and Alton A. Harris.
Survivors include her daughter, Diana L. Harris of Greenacres; one granddaughter, Merrilee Ladd; and two great-grandchildren.
A Celebration of Her Life will take place on Thursday, February 11, 2016 at 2 o'clock in the afternoon at the Terrace of Hobe Sound, 9555 SE Federal Highway, Hobe Sound, Florida 33455. Interment will be at the convenience of the family at the Quantico National Cemetery in Triangle, Virginia.
