Perry George Smith, 62, of Jupiter, Florida, passed away on Friday, May 29th, 2015, at his home, after a long battle with cancer.

Born in Bridgeport Connecticut, on May 11th, 1953, he moved to Florida as a young teen with his late parents, Mary Yvonne Smith and George Smith "Smitty" and his late sister, Linda Witherell.

Terry is survived by his two sons, P. Gunnar Smith, 34, of Stuart, Florida and Stuart Raymond Smith, 28, of Port Saint Lucie, Florida; also his niece and nephew, Anthony Witherell, and Vicky Matthews, along with his longtime companion and best friend, Donna Bonnette Louis, of Jupiter. In addition Perry had two grandchildren. Gunnar's son, Brody Daniel-Thomas Smith, and Stuart's Son, Carson Smith.

Terry was a man who loved life, loved to entertain, and loved music. He was a loving father, grandfather and uncle. Perry was larger than life, and touched many people throughout his journey. He will be missed and remembered forever.

A Service to Celebrate His Life will be Wednesday, June 10, 2015 at 1:00 pm in the Chapel of the Treasure Coast Seawinds Funeral Home and Crematory, 950 SE Monterey Road, Stuart, Florida, with Chaplain L.C. Campbell, officiating.
