Peter J. Skiba, Jr., 69, of Stuart, Florida, passed away suddenly on Thursday, September 20, 2018 at his home.

Pete had a passion for "the arts" and worked as a journalist in several cities in FL until he retired and moved to Stuart in 2018. Prior to starting a career in journalism, he was the owner of Pete's Café in Runnemede, NJ until 1993.

There will be a "happy hour" at Kid Rip's, previously Pete's Café, on Friday, November 2 at 6PM.  Please stop in to "raise a glass" to Pete and to Pete's Café".  A place where lifelong friendships were created and many memories were made.
