Phyllis Jane Wright, age 84, of Fort Pierce, passed away on June 15, 2024.

She was the wife of James C. Wright, Jr. for 67 years and mother of three daughters, Deborah Brown (67) husband Chuck, Elaine Mulderrig (66) husband Lee, and Tracy Lockett (60) husband Del. She was blessed with seven grandsons, Arie and Alec Brown; Tyler Edwards; Jack, Devin, Carter and Andrew Lockett. She was proceeded in death by her parents Jane and Bernard Richards, sister Linda Hawryluk and grandson, Jack Lockett.

Phyllis enjoyed entertaining in her home, finding the best restaurants, having champagne with her daughters, travelling with friends, golfing and shopping. Phyllis suffered from a childhood disease that caused severe arthritis and physical disabilities throughout her life. Yet, you would never know it when you were in her presence. She was a profound example to her family and friends of how to celebrate life's big and small moments, to overcome life's difficult and disappointing moments, and to live life to the fullest capacity. She will be forever loved and missed on this Earth until we are all reunited again in Heaven
