Ralph Michael "Mike" Roarks, 72, of Stuart, Florida, went home to be with the Lord on Saturday, November 30, 2019.

He was born on January 11, 1947 to Mary Louise Brooks Roarks and Ralph Lewis Roarks, who preceded him in death. He attended the Baptist Bible College in Springfield, Missouri and the Indiana Baptist Bible College.

Mike has had several occupations over the years, including teaching in Christian Schools and for the last 10 years he was employed by the Salvation Army Family Store in Stuart and had been a member of the Community Baptist Church in Stuart for 27 years.

He has been battling cancer for the last year and a half.

Survivors include his wife of 46 years, Doris Roarks; one son, Jeff (Kelli) of Albany, Georgia; one daughter, Alicia Roarks (Kara) of Port Saint Lucie, Florida; ten grandchildren, Zach, Brandon, Brookanna, Bryanna, Austin, Dominque, Zachery, Dakota, Payton, and Cheyenne; and six great-grandchildren, Serenity, Wyatt, Colton, Alayna, Haisley, and Analeyah.

He is also survived by two brothers, Bill Roarks (Phyllis) of Crawfordsville, Indiana and Jim Roarks (Sue) of Bangor, Maine.

Mike was preceded in death by his son, Kyle Brandon, his parents, two sisters, and two brothers.

A Celebration of his life will be held on Saturday, December 14, 2019, at 11:00 am at the Community Baptist Church, 777 SE Salerno Road, Stuart.
