Raymond L. Pearson's Obituary
Raymond Lee Pearson, Jr., of Sewalls Point, Florida., passed away peacefully at the age of 67, on Wednesday, April 1, 2015 at his home.
Born in Mineola, New York, he was raised in Miami, Florida and loved the outdoor life, especially camping and boating.
A graduate of Ransom High School in Coconut Grove, Florida, he received his Bachelor of Science Degree in Oceanography from Florida Institute of Technology, and a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Computer Science, from Florida Atlantic University, and retired from the Florida Department of Health.
He was preceded in death by father, Raymond Pearson, and his brother, Scott Pearson.
He is survived by his mother, Dorothy; siblings, Lynne Hanson, and Robert Pearson; also nephews, Joseph, and Christopher Hanson, and Nolan and Brian Pearson.
Services and Interment will be private at the convenience of the family from the the Treasure Coast Seawinds Funeral Home & Crematory will be private.
Contributions as a Memorial may be made to the Treasure Coast Hospice, 1201 SE Indian Street, Stuart, Florida 34996 or to the Abundant Life Ministries, 900 SE Central Parkway, Stuart, Florida 34994.
