Richard "Dick" Clair, age 80 of Hobe Sound, FL passed away on Tuesday, September 10, 2013 at the Treasure Coast Hospice House. Dick was born April 28, 1933 in Newark, NJ, son of the late John and Docia (Lavalee) Clair. He proudly served his country in the United States Navy from 1951-1955, serving as a radio man. He was an author and had a long career in New Jersey as a Detective. Surviving are his son, Tate Clair of Gainesville, FL and his daughter, Kelly Bulderbergs and son-in-law, John of Hobe Sound, FL.
