Richard Earl Graves' Obituary
Richard Earl Graves passed into the care of our Lord on April 1, 2016.
He was born in Quincy, Illinois, on January 16, 1938. Richard spent his early life working on his parent's farm in Ewing, Missouri. He later attended the University of Missouri, where he received a degree in Agriculture and Appraising. While he was a student there he met his wife of 57 years, Lillian Braun Graves. Together they made the move to Florida where they raised their three children; Kimberlin, Kevin, and Klayton (John). He was a co-owner of West of Ole England in Stuart, FL.
Richard loved the Lord, his family, and the earth he was placed on. Never forgetting his farming roots, he was an admirer of tractors and the weather. His family will miss his Mark Twain sense of humor and crooked grin.
A Service to Celebrate His Life will be held on Saturday, May 7, 2016 at 11:00 Am at the Tropical Farms Baptist Church, 1555 SW Kanner Highway, Stuart, Florida 34997, where a reception for family and friends will immediately follow.
Contributions as a memorial may be made to the Tropical Farms Baptist Church Building Fund at the address above.
