Richard J Sutrich , 89, of Stuart, Florida, passed away on October 5, 2023 at then Treasure Coast Hospice, Stuart.

Richard was born September 8, 1934 to Steven and Mary Sutrich of Poughkeepsie , NY.  After graduating from Poughkeepsie High School in 1953 , he served in the U.S. Air Force as a military air policeman.  He then graduated from Bryant University in Rhode Island majoring in business administration.  He then began his career with McLean Trucking company as an executive sales manager.  Dick loved carpentry. Building furniture for his family, friends, and grandchildren. He is survived by his wife Joan (Drum) for 65 years, his son John Paul Sutrich (Michele) grandchildren Danielle and Zachary and his beloved daughter Theresa Marie Paugh (Richard).     He was preceded in death by his brothers Robert and Roger Sutrich.
