Richard Daniel Warden, 62, the man I knew best in the world, passed away peacefully at Martin Memorial Hospital on May 15, 2017 after a long chronic illness.

Born in Chicago, Illinois, he had been a resident of Stuart for 15 years , having moved up from Boca Raton ,Florida where he had resided for 15 years. Richard was a manufacturing Engineer for over 35 years; many of them at List Industries in Deerfield Beach, Florida. He was an avid sports fan and loved to play in trivia contest.

A loving son, father, and husband he is survived by his mother, Lenore Warden of Chicago, Illinois, his wife Donna Warden of Stuart, Florida, His daughter Kelly Warden and wife Laura Jones of Baltimore, Maryland , his son Richard Oliver Warden and wife Rebecca Warden of Daytona Beach, Florida , and many family and friends in Florida, Illinois ,and New York. He is preceded in death by his father Richard Joesph Warden.

A celebration of life was held on May 16. 2017. A future celebration of life ceremony is to be held in Illinois. Rick will be greatly missed by all who knew him and will be forever in our hearts.
