Robert Louis Allaire, 82, of Jensen Beach, Florida, died Tuesday, May 13, 2014 at his home.

Born in Brockton, Massachusetts, he had been a resident of Jensen Beach for 25 years, coming from Hull, Massachusetts.

Bob was one of "the few, the proud" , a United States Marine, serving during the Korean Conflict.

Survivors include his beloved wife of 19 years, Christine L. Allaire, of Jensen Beach; his children, Stuart Lyons, of Saco, Maine, Laura Lyons Albini, of Pensacola, Florida, Jeanne Blute, of Plymouth, Massachusetts, Marlene Whealton, of Jensen Beach, and Lisa Lloyd, of North Reading, Massachusetts; his brothers, Lionel Allaire, of Weymouth, Massachusetts, and John Allaire, of Kansas, City, Missouri; his sisters, Jane Cronin, of Barrington, Rhode Island, and Carol Foye, of Onset, Massachusetts; eight grandchildren; and nine great-grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his daughter, Lisa Lyons, and his brother, Richard Allaire.

A Graveside Service with Military Honors and Presentation of the Flag will be held Monday, May 19, 2014 at 12:30 pm, at the Barrancas National Cemetery, #1 Cemetery Road, Pensacola, Florida 32508 (1-850-453-4108).
