Robert C. Franklin, 53, of Indiantown, Florida, passed away suddenly, Monday, August 3, 2015 at Martin Memorial Hospital North in Stuart, Florida.

Born in Fulton, New York, he had been a resident of Florida for thirty years, coming from Oswego, New York.

An avid pool player, faithful companion and wonderful stepfather, he is survived by his mother, Barbara Jesseman of Indiantown; one brother, Daniel Franklin, and his wife, Mary, of Port Saint Lucie, Florida; four sisters, Terry Maine, and her husband, Roger, of Indiantown, Dawn Lester, and her husband, David, of Stuart, Melinda Franklin, of Indiantown, and Susan Sandarelli, and her husband, Mark, also of Indiantown. He is also survived by stepchildren, Wayne Snipes, of Virginia, and Paula Folsom, of Mayo, Florida. Also surviving are his stepsiblings, Ralph Jesseman, Joseph Jesseman, Patrick Jesseman, Eric Jesseman, and Heidi Wallace. He is also survived by grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his life companion Kathy Snipes, his father Robert B. Franklin and his stepfather, Albert Jesseman.

Services and Interment will be private at the convenience of the family from the Treasure Coast Seawinds Funeral Home of Stuart.
