Robert Gordon Jennison, 85, died on 30 December 2019 at Cleveland Clinic Martin Health Hospital with his wife of 61 years by his side.  He was born in Woonsocket, RI and lived in Stuart, FL for the last 28 years, coming from North Smithfield, RI.

He served in the United States Air Force for four years during the Korean War. He was a member of VFW Post 10132 in Hobe Sound.

Before retirement, he served as Corporate Information Manager of Amperex/Philips Components for 30 years retiring in 1990.  He loved traveling and nature.  After retirement, he & his wife spent many years traveling the country visiting close to 40 National Parks.

He attended Peace Presbyterian Church in Stuart, Florida.  He was an active member of the St. Lucie Falls community for many years.

Survivors include his wife of 61 years, Beverly (Ranslow) Jennison, formally of Millville, MA; a son, Jeffrey Jennison of Fort Worth, TX; daughters, Kimberly Mayo of Lincoln, RI; and Betsy Jennison Toland and her husband Dan of Hillsborough, NJ; five grandchildren (Joshua, Jessica, Tyler, Marissa and Kyle); five great grandchildren (Mason, Logan, Kaleb, Isabella & Gabriella)

SERVICE: A memorial service will be held at Peace Presbyterian Church on 4881 SE Cove Road, Stuart, FL on Sunday, 12 January at 11:30am. An Honor Guard will be conducted by Hall-Bryan VFW Post 10132 of Hobe Sound. A private burial will be at the South Florida Veterans Association National Cemetery in Lake Worth, Florida.
