Robert Edwin White Jr., of Hobe Sound, FL was born September 29, 1939 in Holbrook, MA and passed away December 1, 2015 in Stuart, FL.
Survived by his wife, Linda Turner White, and 3 children: Marcia White Wise (Kelly) of Vienna, VA, Melinda White Gassman (Kent) of Orem, UT and Robert Edwin White III (Julie) of Rockport, ME. Bob had 10 grandchildren and 4 great-grandchildren who affectionately called him "Bubba." He is also survived by his brother, George M. White, of South Yarmouth, MA and his sister, Marjorie White Kiley, of West Dennis, MA. His sister, Ruth White Urqhart, preceded him in death.
He graduated from Yarmouth High School. After serving in the US Navy, he returned to Cape Cod where he was a long-time business owner in Hyannis and an active member of Howard Lodge.
A memorial service is being planned for late Spring of 2016 on Cape Cod.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Howard Lodge Masonic Angel Fund, the American Heart Association or Hospice of Cape Cod.
