Ronald James Isabell, 73, of Stuart, Florida, died Wednesday, June 25, 2014 at the Treasure Coast Hospice in Stuart.

Born in Cleveland, Ohio, he had been a resident of Stuart since 2010, coming from his birthplace.

Ron was a member of Saint Andrew Catholic Church in Stuart.

An Executive in the Mortgage Banking Industry, he served in senior management positions for Mellon and Chemical Banks in Cleveland; President of Consumers Mortgage in Nashua, New Hampshire, and President and Chief Executive Officer of Lighthouse Mortgage Company, a subsidiary of Connecticut National Bank in Hartford, Connecticut.

Most recently, he was a Reverse Mortgage Advisor for Liberty Home Equity Solutions.

While living in Cleveland, Ron was an active member of the Cleveland Yacht Club and enjoyed sailing and racing.

Survivors include his beloved wife of 23 years, Linda B. Isabell, of Stuart; two sons, Joseph Isabell, and his wife, Stacey, of Elkins, West Virginia, and Michael Isabell, and his wife, Jennifer, of Elmore, Vermont; one daughter, Lisa Reardon, and her husband, Jeff, of Cleveland; four brothers, Father Damien (Lawrence) Isabell OFM, Dennis Isabell, of Toledo, Ohio, William Isabell, of Gilbert, Arizona, and Robert Isabell, of Tryon, North Carolina; four sisters, Judy Pesta, of Olmsted Falls, Ohio, Barbara Grant, of Sherman Oaks, California, Patricia Mannas, and Kathy Ursetti, both of Bay Village, Ohio; and seven grandchildren, Anthony, Ashley, Nina, Carmen, Michael, Sean, Melissa, Sara, and Teresa.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be Celebrated on Monday, June 30, 2014 at 11:00 am at Saint Andrew Catholic Church, 2100 SE Cove Road, Stuart, Florida 34994 (772-781-4415).
