Ronald "Jake" Jacobson, 47 of Stuart, Florida passed away September 26, 2018 at Martin Medical Center in Stuart.

Born January 24, 1971 in Chicago, Illinois he was the son of Donald Jacobson and Stella Moore. He moved to Stuart roughly three years ago from Northwest, Indiana.

He had worked a number of years in furniture transportation in the City of Chicago.

He loved helping others and enjoyed spending time with his children as well as his four legged friends.

He was a huge Cubs and Blackhawks fan.  Jake will continue cheering on the Cubbies from his new view, hoping they will win another World Series.

Jake preferred to travel and move around so he could experience life from different locations.

Survivors include his fiance' of nine years, Tabitha Ward; children, Briana and Caleb; brothers, Joe (Marielana) Moore and Dave Macaluso; nieces, nephews and his special companions, Bruno, Zoe, LaMia and Gavin.
