Ronald "Ron" Bryan Waites, 80, passed away on January 26, 2023, in Stuart, Florida. He was the beloved husband of Margaret Tuck Waites. They shared nearly 48 years of marriage together.

Ron was born in Titus, Alabama. He was the son of Bryan and Ruth Waites. He graduated from Dan McCarty High School in Ft. Pierce, Florida, as well as Barry University in Miami, Florida. Ron was a long-time Miami resident, employed in the healthcare industry for many years. After retirement, he and Maggie moved to Stuart to enjoy a slower paced life closer to family.

Ron is survived by his wife, Margaret "Maggie" Waites. He is also loved and survived by his daughters, Wendy Richmond, Amy Abernathy, and Alyce Richterkessing; Grandchildren, Mark, Jimmy Lee, Charles Bryan, Blake, Megan, Joshua, and Jacob and Great-grandchildren, Charles and Bella

He was predeceased by his parents as well as his brother, Michael Waites.

A memorial service will be held on Saturday, February 11, 2023, at 1:00 pm at Treasure Coast Seawinds Funeral Home, 950 S.E. Monterey Road, Stuart, Florida.
