Rosalind "Roz" Joan Morales,79, of Hobe Sound, Florida passed away Wednesday, December 21, 2016 at her home.

Roz was born and raised in New York City, New York, and moved to Miami, Florida where she resided for over thirty years before moving to Hobe Sound one year ago.

Roz spent most of her career in sales and management, both in New York and Miami, with several companies in Luggage, Educational Toys and Travel. Roz was also employed with the Port of Miami for twenty years where she held administrative positions.

Roz had a love of life bolstered by her strong faith. She had a beautiful smile and elegance about her. She enjoyed people, travel, the fine arts, music, dancing and gourmet cooking. Roz was a gracious host, catering and entertaining friends with fine food and stories of her travels, surrounded by her treasures from all over the world. Roz also loved animals, especially cats and dogs which she turned into a small pet sitting business after retirement. The true love of her life were her wonderful friends who shared many good memorable moments.

Roz is survived by her sister, Adele Farr of Seattle, Washington, and nieces Rosemary, Peggy and nephew William in addition to many life long friends.

In her honor A Celebration of Life and Mass of Christian Burial is scheduled on Saturday, January 21st at 12 noon at St. Christopher Church 12001 SE Federal Hwy, Hobe Sound, Florida.
