Russell Charles Ohsberg, 71, of Stuart Fl. Passed away at his home May 11, 2024.
Born in Providence, Rhode Island June 24, 1952 and growing up in Putnam, Ct., he graduated from Woodstock Academy in Woodstock, Ct. in 1970. Upon graduating he attended Harvard H. Ellis technical school, Danielson, Ct. where he received his associates degree in automotive technology.
His career over the past forty plus years was in all facets of the automotive industry. He retired from Mercedes-Benz of Ft. pierce as Parts Manager for 30 years. His love and heart was always in the automotive industry and after retirement that took him into another facet, doing auto part inventories for Dealer Solutions Inc. as a supervisor.
Russ was an amazing man. He relished hard work, he loved to teach about his trade and life in general. He was loved and respected by everyone who knew him. A man of humor, humility and caring. Russ was a car enthusiast, he especially loved his Volkswagens.

He is survived by his wife, Pamela Kimmel (Ohsberg), daughter Jaime Lyn Ohsberg and grandson Chase Bugda. Brother John (Jack) Ohsberg III, wife (Diane). Stepson Alan Kimmel (Amy), step-daughter Kelley Kimmel and step grandchildren Kyle Kimmel, Mason Merkel and Addisyn Merkel, and many nieces and nephews.
He was predeceased in death by his parents Virginia and John Ohsberg Jr., his sister, Sue Mueller and brother in law, Stan Mueller and Corey Kimmel (stepson)
A celebration of life will be held June 23rd @ 2:00 pm at the VFW post #10132, 6101 SE Dixie Hwy, Stuart, Fl. 34997.
