Sally Ann Moore, 76, of Stuart, FL passed away on Monday, July 2, 2012 at Martin Memorial South.
Ms. Moore was born in Lake Wales, FL. She had been a longtime resident of South Florida, and resided in Stuart, since 2003.
She is survived by her daughter Debbie; one sister Marjorie; and two brothers, Mike and Paul. She is preceded in death by her husband, Phil Moore.
Services: The family will received friends from 1-1:30 pm on Wednesday, July 11, 2012; with a prayer service to immediately follow at Treasure Coast Seawinds Funeral Home; Garden Chapel, Stuart, FL 950 SE Monterey Road, Stuart, FL 34994
