Born to Thomas Martland and Patricia Martland
Sean departed this world for heaven above to be with his heavenly father, all of his grandparents, and his Uncle Bobby and Uncle Chris. He is survived by his beloved family: parents Tom and Patricia Martland, brother Brian Martland, sister, Kristen Martland and brother-in-law Marc Backus, sister Michelle Gallant and brother-in law-Shaun Gallant, and nieces and nephews, Frankie Martland-Arabia, Shea Gallant, Landon Backus, Dakota Backus, Cameron Backus, Anora Martland and August Gallant, and family and friends.
Growing up in Stuart, FL, Sean loved all things Florida- fishing, surfing, the beach, catching lizards and playing soccer. He loved to cook, and was good at it. He graduated from AC technician school in Connecticut, where he worked hard and had even filled in for his teacher because he was such a dedicated, knowledgeable student. More recently, Sean was a chef and happy employee at Bono's Barbecue in Stuart, Florida. Sean was a kind-hearted, gentle, good-natured, loving and beloved son, brother, uncle and friend. He loved fishing, traveling and being with his family and friends.
Sean would want his loved ones to keep him in their memories and thoughts, and remember in life, to be the light.
