Stephen C. Schwan, 61, of Stuart, Florida, passed away Monday, December 14, 2015, at his home.
Born December 6, 1954, in Wakefield, Rhode Island, Steve impacted many people's lives and left a lasting legacy of positivity and compassion.
Known to many as "Coach Steve", he was an avid tennis player and also dedicated years of service to Jensen Beach Little League.
He is survived by his parents, Skip and Marilyn; his brother, Michael; sisters, Lisa and Andra; his two sons, Christopher and Brian; his grandson, Emmett; as well as his dog, Ella.
A Service to celebrate his life will be announced at a later date.
