Stephen Lewis Stone, 83, of Stuart, Florida passed away on December 9, 2019 at the Cleveland Clinic Martin Hospital South, Stuart.

Born in Rochester, New York he had been a resident of Stuart for over 22 years coming from Hollywood, Florida.

He served in the U.S. Navy attaining the rank of Lieutenant JG.

Before retiring he had been a dentist.  He was a dog lover. He also loved traveling on his boat Mighty Mite with his companion Marie Sherman.

Survivors include is longtime companion, Marie Sherman and her children, Julie Hadaszy, Jean Mazza, John Mazza, Leonard Mazza, Susan Schnitzer and two grandson Justin and Brandon Stone.
