Theresa "Tessie" Romagnuolo, 91, of Levittown, New York passed away peacefully on Friday,  March 13, 2020.

Tessie was born in Brooklyn, NY. She worked in the ladies' garment industry as a young woman alongside many family members, including her sister-in-law, Jean. She loved to go dancing at the Roseland Ballroom and was a fan of Frank Sinatra. Tessie looked forward to her trips to Las Vegas and playing video poker and the slots at Circus Circus. She was a homemaker who raised 3 loving sons and cared for her beloved parents and aunt. She loved telling her grandchildren stories about the "good old days" growing up surrounded by a close extended family.

She is survived by her sons, Matthew and his wife, Barbara, Joseph and his wife, Nancy, and Vito; her brother, Sal Messana and his partner, Joseph Olivo; 8 grandchildren; and 9 great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, Larry, and her brother, Joseph Messana.

We're sure she's happily looking down on us all and, once again, dancing the night away.

Services and interment will be directed in New York by the Charles J. O'Shea Funeral Home in Wantagh, NY. Interment will be in Holy Rood Cemetery in Westbury, New York.
