Thomas Charles Murto, 68, of Port Saint Lucie, Florida, passed away suddenly, Wednesday, December 30, 2015, at his home.
Born in Detroit, Michigan, he had been resident of Port Saint Lucie for fifteen years, coming from Tequesta, Florida and Fort Lauderdale.
Tom earned his Bachelors Degree from Murray State University in Murray, Kentucky
Prior to his retirement in April of 2009, he was employed as a Deputy Sheriff for Martin County, Florida, serving for more then thirteen years in Court Security.
He is survived by his daughter, Tiffany M. Osburn of Orlando, Florida: and his two grandchildren, Reese and Trent.
Services and Interment will be private at the convenience of the family from the Treasure Coast Seawinds Funeral Home and Crematory of Stuart.
