Dr. Thomas J. Connelly, MD, 68 years old resided in Stuart, Florida passed away Friday, April 14, 2017.
Dr. Connelly was certified by the American Boards of Dermatology and Internal Medicine (Fellow, ABD, ABMI).
Dr. Thomas Connelly, MD was a Vietnam Army Veteran.
He completed training in both specialties at Thomas Jefferson University Hospital of the Jefferson Medical College in Philadelphia, PA. Dr. Connelly has practice skin cancer surgery in Stuart, FL since 1985.
He is survived by his Mother, Lillian Connelly; his two daughters, Lyly and Erin, whom he cherished immensely; the girls' mother, Debbie; and his brothers, Richard, Kurt, and sister Cinthia.
Service will be held on Wednesday, April 26, 2017 from 4pm-8pm at the Mansion at Tuckahoe, 1701 NE Indian River Drive, Jensen Beach, FL 34957.
Tom Connelly will deeply be missed by all of his Family, Windsurfing Friends, Patients and his Staff. Tom Connelly was a True Gentleman who will be remembered for His Heart of Gold.
