Victor Castro, age 72 of Stuart, FL passed away unexpectedly on Monday, August 26, 2013 at Martin Memorial Hospital in Stuart. Victor was born December 15, 1940 in Aguadilla, Puerto Rico, son of the late Isaac and Rosa (Alvarez) Castro. In his spare time he enjoyed working on cars and loved painting. Surviving are his loving wife, Luz Castro of Stuart, FL; his sons, Victor L Castro, Jr. of Brandon, FL, Robert (Kathy) Castro of Hernando Beach, FL and Alexander (Chantal) Castro of Canada; grandchildren, Trevor Castro and Megan Castro; sister, Delia Santiago Venni; several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by a brother, Bienvenido Castro. Family will receive friends on Friday, August 30, 2013 from 3:00-5:00 p.m. at the Treasure Coast Seawinds Funeral Home (950 SE Monterey Rd; Stuart, FL 34994), where funeral services will follow at 5:00 p.m. Arrangements are by the Treasure Coast Seawinds Funeral Home and Crematory, Stuart, FL.
