Walter H. Bell, Sr. died on October 3, 2013 in Stuart, FL. He was born November 19, 1929 in Mamaroneck, NY and has lived in Palm City, FL since 1974, moving here from Rochelle, NY. He retired from the moving and hotel industries in White Planes, NY. Walter proudly served his country in the United States Navy and has been married to his wife of 61 years, Marylee Bell, who survives. Also surviving are his seven children, Deborah Feriola (Bill) of Jensen Beach, FL, Michael Lee Bell of Stuart, FL, Charles Bell (Valerie) of Palm City, FL, Marilee Harris (Troy) of Palm Bay, FL, Walter Bell Jr. (Cathy) of Palm City, FL, Robin Bell of New Smyrna Beach, FL and David Bell (Mandie) of Daytona Beach, FL; 22 grandchildren and 9 great grandchildren. He was a member of the Barn Theater, prior member of the Elks Club where he was Elk of the Year 1990-1991, Martin County Fair Association, Past Palm City Civic Center President, former Boy Scout Leader in Pelhem Manor, NY and Martin County Republican Club, elected State Committeeman for Martin County in 1980. Memorial contributions may be made to Treasure Coast Hospice or the Barn Theater of Stuart.
