Walter Frank Blackwell, 61 of Pearl River, Louisiana, passed away on December 2 ^nd , 2021. Born in Covington, Louisiana, he had been a resident of Okeechobee, Florida for five years. Prior to retiring he was a Steamfitter/Welder for the Local 602 Steamfitters. He was an avid outdoorsman, and had a love of playing guitar.

He is survived by his wife Terry Blackwell, daughter Summer McKinney and husband Alex, son Cole Blackwell, brother Dennis Blackwell and wife Debbie, sister Donna Kellar, and several nieces, and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his father Walter Blackwell, mother Edna Blackwell, niece Amy Kellar, and granddaughter Autumn McKinney.
