Walter "Charlie" Charles Ellis, 62 of Stuart entered eternal life on September 27, 2018.

Charlie was born August 21, 1956 in Gaffney, SC.  He was the son of Nathaniel and Rebecca (nee Grigsby) Ellis.  He moved to Stuart four years ago from Jupiter, FL where he had resided for over 30 years coming from Clearwater, FL.

Charlie loved golf.  He had worked for a number of golf clubs and resorts in Jupiter (East Point, Admirals Club and PGA).  He had been in property management for some time but his passion for golf brought him back to the greens and fairways.

Charlie and his wife had attended Ocean View United Methodist Church in Juno Beach and more recently The Grace Place in Stuart.

Survivors include his loving wife of 38 years, Mary; children, Brent Allen, Todd Allen, Melissa Allen; aunt, Annette Bailey; brothers, Nathaniel (Sandra) and Robert (Marsha).
