William J. "Bill" Leahy, 77 of Ft. Pierce, Florida, passed away peacefully on June 11, 2021 at the Treasure Coast Hospice in Stuart, Florida.  He was a long-time resident of Florida after having moved here from New York in 1981.

Bill had a furniture refinishing business in Stuart for over 30 years.  He loved golfing and bowling.  In recent years he enjoyed paint by numbers and crafts.  He always had a quick wit and said he hoped he made a lot of people laugh.

Bill was father and step-father to 4 children, grandfather of seven and great-grandfather of five.  He is survived by his wife of 38 years, Susan.
