Zachariah W. Myers, 81, passed away April 9, 2016.
He served in the U.S. Army in the Korean War.
He married the love of his life, Darlene Reynolds in 1963. They had been together for 58 years. Darlene was with him when he went to be with his family in Heaven.
Zack had been an auxiliary police officer in Marietta. He was a Mason, a member of the Macksburg, Ohio, lodge, and American Legion in Lowell, Ohio. He had also been a Shriner. He was a member of Labor Union 639. Zack enjoyed bowling and was an avid NASCAR fan. He had been employed by Black Rock Asphalt of Parkersburg, then Ranger Asphalt, Stuart, Fla.
Zack was preceded in death by his parents, Carlos Sr. and Mildred Myers, a sister Joann and a brother Carlos Myers Jr. He is survived by his wife Darlene and brother Gary Myers.
Zack was a good man husband, son and brother. He was always there to help when needed. He will be greatly missed by his family and all who knew him
